Listing Rules
You may list an item for sale on your store site subject to these terms and conditions:
Sellers are expected to provide a clear, honest, and accurate description of their items, not copied from elsewhere.
You are not allowed to upload images that you have not created yourself unless you have permission from the owner or the owner’s agent.
Prohibited Items
The following items must not be listed on their store site by sellers:
- Offensive material, including material that is discriminatory in terms of race, sex, religion, physical ability, sexual orientation or age
- Obscene material including pornographic material
- Firearms and ammunition, offensive weapons
Animals - Drugs of any kind, poisons and dangerous substances
Stolen or counterfeit goods - Any items that infringes another party’s copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property right
- Items whose sale is subject to export restrictions
- Items whose sale is prohibited by any applicable law
In addition, Scan&Get reserves the right to refuse any item that it does not consider suitable for sale on the site that we are providing for you.
If you are found to be in contravention of the above rules Scan&Get will ask you to correct your listing immediately. If this is not complied with, your listing will be removed and your account will be suspended. In extreme cases we reserve the right to suspend your account without notice.
