Scan&Gets Role

Scan&Get provides a platform for third party sellers to sell their products at Scan& Scan&Get is not the buyer or seller.

As Scan&Get only provide the platform to complete the transaction the contract for the sale is directly between buyer and seller.

Scan&Get do not assume any responsibility arising out of or in relation to any contract confirmed on the completion of a sale. Scan&Get is not a party to any such transactions nor do we act as agents on the behalf of any third party sellers.

We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information of items listed on the Scan&Get platform and where we become aware of any listings in breach of our terms & conditions or local applicable laws we will take immediate action, however, we assume no responsibility for any errors, omissions, loss or injury occurring in such instances.

We provide a complaints procedure and promise to ensure that we investigate all complaints in a timely manner.

Delivery Policy

All items will be dispatched within 1 working day unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description.

Should an item be out of stock you will be contacted within 48 hours and be given an estimated delivery date.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). The item(s) should be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition, within 28 days and obtain the appropriate receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Your refund will be processed (returned) via the payment method used to pay for the order / item

If you change your mind once you have ordered and the goods have not been despatched, please notify us and we will cancel your order at once and refund your payment.

This policy on cancellations complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return any goods within 28 days of receipt provided that they are returned in their original packaging in an unused condition.

Please state clearly the reason for returning the goods and whether you require a refund or replacement.

When returning goods, please obtain your own proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

If you request a replacement, this will be despatched as soon as possible.

If we are unable to replace the item, we will give you back the full purchase price.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Feedback & Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you should in the first instance contact the seller using the Store Contact Details.

If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 28 days of making your complaint, please email Scan&Get at

You will receive a notification of receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and we will aim to deal with your complaint immediately or within 14 days if possible.

  • your telephone number
  • seller name
  • order reference number
  • desired outcome
